A kind reminder that Dubai is not a city that lends itself to walking
So it is important that you figure out what you'd like to be close to ahead of time. The events will be spread across the city so we recommend staying in one of the central locations we suggest below
Although the city is spread out, we do have affordable taxis and a fairly decent metro that runs through the city. Plus the weather will be great so expect to make plenty of trips to the beach and the desert
Many of our guests will be staying at the Paramount Midtown, as we have secured a special rate - please click the link below to find out more
FAMILY AND FRIENDS HOTEL
We have secured a family and friends rate for our guests at the newly opened Paramount Midtown which is located in Business Bay, very close to Sheikh Zayed Road, Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.

aREAS TO STAY IN
Jumeirah stretches along the seafront of Dubai, lots of villas and small commercial areas. It also happens to be where we live. There are lots of local cafes and most places are a short walk right to the water. This is the neighbourhood to stay in if you're looking for a beachside hotel or villa.

DOWNTOWN and business bAY
Central hustle and bustle
We lik,e to think of this destination as right in the middle of Dubai, for good accessibility to either side of town. Downtown offers a long boulevard that is great for walking and as well as views of the Burj Khalifa. This location is also close in proximity to DIFC, where you'll find a lot of the city's best restaurants and night life.

Skyscrapers meet beach
Dubai Marina is further uptown and the heart of new Dubai, famous for its young expat crowd and fun night scene. This area also has easy access to the Palm and Bluewaters Island, which both have great restaurants and beach bars too!
One & Only Royal Mirage
The Address Marina
Nature escape from the city
For those of you that were hoping to take a mini relaxing break away from the city, we recommend coming a bit earlier, or staying a bit later, and heading out to the desert for a couple of nights. The distances are far so it might make sense to rent a car and be warned that it gets cold in the desert at night at this time of year!
